Who We Are
3e’s Supporting Business & People Ltd is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) working to rebuild lives through safe housing, early mental health intervention, and compassionate crisis response. We believe no one should face loss, financial collapse, or mental health struggle alone.
Our approach is rooted in lived experience, strategic delivery, and a firm belief in people’s potential to recover, reconnect, and rebuild — with the right help at the right time.
What We Do
We deliver integrated support across six core project streams:
-
🏡 Project Alpha – Cartrefi i’r bobl
Strategic acquisition and refurbishment of homes for immediate community use under Lease Scheme Wales. -
🧱 Project Beta – Cartrefi Cofleidiol
Modular new-build housing using low-carbon timber frame systems on brownfield sites to meet urgent social housing need. -
🧠 Project Gamma – Bywydau Newydd
A trauma-informed empowerment and skills programme helping people rebuild purpose after crisis, loss, or business failure. -
💻 Project Delta – Rheoli
Our digital platform manages property assets and tenant wellbeing, offering transparency to partners, funders, and regulators. -
💬 Project Zeta – Cadernid Cymunedol
Community Resilience and Mental Health Project
Peer-led wellbeing groups, emotional literacy sessions, and early mental health support across five local authority areas in Wales. This project prevents crisis by creating safe, welcoming spaces for connection, grief support, carer resilience, and lived-experience recovery. -
🛠️ Project Epsilon – Emergency Support & Business Recovery
Specialist support for individuals and businesses in financial crisis. Combines legal support, housing advice, and trauma-informed recovery for those facing debt enforcement, business collapse, or family breakdown.
Why We Exist
Across Wales and beyond, lives are being disrupted by a painful combination of debt, business failure, housing insecurity, and delayed mental health services. We work at the intersection of these realities, providing:
-
Secure, stable homes
-
Mental health support embedded in housing
-
Peer-led recovery and early intervention
-
Ethical, asset-backed development
-
Transparent, compliant operations with measurable impact
Our work is more than housing — it’s about safeguarding futures, preserving dignity, and preventing avoidable tragedy.
Our Vision
To build a compassionate, sustainable housing system that prevents suicide, supports carers and bereaved families, and empowers people to live well — regardless of their financial or emotional circumstances.
We reinvest every surplus into our mission. We don’t seek profit. We seek impact.
